PRIVACY APPROACH

Customer intelligence should stay private.

WatchForm is being designed around workspace isolation, accountable memory, limited data use, and clear provider boundaries.

This is a development-stage privacy approach, not the final counsel-approved privacy notice. Public customer onboarding is not open. Final retention, deletion, provider, youth, and jurisdictional terms will be published only after qualified legal review.

Product principles

  • Customer content and private Channel Brain memory stay scoped to the customer workspace.
  • Customer work is not silently reused as another customer’s strategy or default playbook.
  • Permanent memory requires an accountable customer action rather than an invisible AI decision.
  • Application and infrastructure logs should avoid customer content wherever operationally possible.

Public website analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate visits and page performance. WatchForm also records a small allowlisted set of homepage actions, such as starting or completing the guided demo, viewing pricing, selecting a working plan, opening an early-access email link, or choosing sign in.

  • The custom event record is limited to a random browser-session ID, event name, page path, placement, optional working-plan choice, billing period, demo step, and server timestamp.
  • The custom event endpoint does not accept names, email addresses, messages, creator content, or URL query strings.
  • The random identifier remains in session storage rather than a persistent tracking cookie. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control disables WatchForm’s custom events.
  • These development-stage measurements are used to understand whether the public explanation and guided sample are useful. Final retention terms remain subject to qualified legal review.

AI and providers

WatchForm will identify relevant AI and infrastructure providers, the purpose of each transfer, applicable retention behavior, and available controls before public customer onboarding. Customer content must not be used for cross-workspace learning or provider training by default.

Access, export, and deletion

Export, deletion, legal-hold, audit-history, backup, and account-closure behavior remain launch requirements. The exact process and retention schedule are awaiting professional review and are not represented as finalized here.
